Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb (Uteri̊ /ˈəbɪ̞b/ [wage; salary] [confidence]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nijhobbub Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb was founded by Mademus Belíh, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Overview

Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb was founded durring the early 13th century in winter of the year 1236, by Mademus Belíh. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Mademus Belíh.

Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of spacious canals streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. It’s easy to see where their wealth comes from the more you look arround. Every aspect of the town has been developed with care and great thought. The people themselves act deliberately and with care in even the simplest of daily actions.

Cultural Notes

Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb's locals are divided into several castes. They may be organized by social role, by imputed nobility of birth, by ethnic origins, or any other dividing principle, but they cannot imagine any other way of organizing themselves. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

In Kèr Uteri̊àbíhb rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
